Once you decide you are a certain type of person, it is generally only you who can change your mind. You have the power to redefine your identity and become someone else.

  • “I am depressed.”
  • “I am fat.”
  • “I am ugly.”
  • “I am unsuccessful.”
  • “I am not smart.”
  • “I am unsophisticated.”
  • “I am low class.”
